disorders:

1. 1p36 deletion syndrome:

features: severe intellectual disability, 
                 speech difficulties either do not speak, or speak only a few words
                 behavioural problem: can harm themselves, temper problem, 
                 CNS: microbrachycephaly, seizures occur in more than half
                 hypotonia
                 few have hearing and swallowing difficulties
                 Some have abnormalities of the skeleton, heart, gastrointestinal system, kidneys,                  or genitalia.
                 Facial features: deep set eyes, straight eye brows, long philtrum, pointed chin, low                                               set backward rotated ears abnormally shaped
